24-286 - Request for Proposals: Enterprise Application Developer for Springfield Public Schools

This Request for Proposal is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.

The Springfield Public School Department wishes to obtain the services of qualified contractor to act as an Enterprise Application Developer. The contractor shall be responsible for designing, coding, testing, de-bugging, deploying, maintaining, and documenting software applications and data processes as further specified in the RFP package. Estimated cost is $100,000.00 per year. The term of the contract shall cover the time period between July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. This contract shall include an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. Bidders must have 10 years experience with application development and systems integration.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received in writing to the Chief Procurement Officer lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com no later than close of business June 17, 2024.
