End date: Tuesday June 18, 2024 at 2 p.m.The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Parts and Services for International Trucks. Bidder must be able to service DPW vehicles in addition to providing parts. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $300,000.00 per year.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than June 6, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. to Natalie Santaniello at nsantaniello@springfieldcityhall.com .
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
