24-269 - Aquatech Parts & Services

The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Aquatech Jet Vac Parts and Services. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5 and other procurement statutes.

All questions regarding this bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than June 5, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. to nsantaniello@springfieldcityhall.com.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
