24-242 - Request for Proposals for Tax Title Management Services for City Treasurer/Collectors Office

Bid No. 24-242 -The City of Springfield is soliciting proposals for Tax Title Management Services from qualified, full-service institutions with demonstrable experience in the municipal area. The City will pay for these services on a percentage of tax collected basis.

The successful Proposer will be required to provide complete Tax Title Management services to the City commencing on or around July 1, 2024. The Contract will be Three (3) years in length.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than May 6, 2024 in order to be considered. Answers to questions will be made through numbered addenda issued by the City.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
