24-214 - PA: Medical Supplies for the Springfield Public Schools Nursing Programs
End date: Wednesday April 17, 2024 at 2 p.m.The Springfield Public Schools is seeking bids from a qualified Vendor to provide medical supplies to the school district.
Bid documents and specifications will be available beginning April 3, 2024 at the Office of Procurement, or through the Citys website; www.springfieldcityhall.com. Please refer to the bid number and opening date when requesting. This Invitation for Bid is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
The price agreement is for one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms upon appropriation of funds. The estimated cost per year is $ 130,000.00.
Deliveries will be shipped to various school locations. No minimum orders required for delivery.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
