24-213 - Purchase of Bituminous Concrete
End date: Tuesday April 23, 2024 at 2 p.m.The City is seeking Contractors to be a manufacturer of bituminous concrete and supply the Springfield Department of Public Works along with the Department of Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management; Facilities and Parks Divisions bituminous concrete for various municipal and school locations throughout the City on an as needed basis.

The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
