24-196 - Price Agreement: Scott Air-Pak Parts and Services
End date: Thursday April 18, 2024 at 2 p.m.The Springfield Fire Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Parts and Services for Scott Safety Air-Pak. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $200,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than April 9, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. to Abbie Kusekoski at akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
