City Procurement Officer is looking to obtain legal services from an experienced and reputable attorney or firm experienced in Massachusetts General Laws.
Assisting with drafting contracts pursuant to MGL Chapter 30B, Chapter 30 sec. 39M, Chapter 149 and Chapter 7C etc.

Attending meetings regarding all bid protests filed with IG and AG Office. Consult on large City contracts for School Transportation, Solar/Energy projects, School Foodservice Management, etc.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
