24-174 - HVAC Parts and Equipment Supply

The City of Springfield through its Department of Parks, Buildings and Recreation Management- Facilities Division, is seeking bids from qualified firms enter into a price agreement for the furnish and deliver of various HVAC and Plumbing Supplies, on an as-needed basis. The City may award up to Three (3) contracts to vendors that are the most responsible and responsive bidders offering the lowest prices. The contract(s) is estimated to be a value of $750,000.00 per year. Contracts will be Three (3) years in length.

Questions should be submitted no later than 2/26/24 @ 4:30 PM to nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com to be considered.

All bidders are advised that the City of Springfield encourages the use of minority and women-owned business enterprises (“MWBE”) and expects a good faith effort to comply with the City’s goal of twenty (20%) percent MWBE participation.

The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
