24-170 - Institutional Cleaning Services for Branch Libraries
End date: Thursday March 14, 2024 at 2 p.m.The Springfield Library Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Institutional Cleaning Services for the Central library and its branch libraries. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $167,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement (akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com) by March 4, 2024 at 4:30 P.M. The City of Springfield goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation applies. The Office of Procurement reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
