24-157 - Furnish, Deliver and Plant Trees (Green the Gateway Program)
End date: Thursday February 22, 2024 at 2 p.m.The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide various species of trees and to conduct plantings of said trees as required by City Forester. This work will be done on an on-call basis, and will be separate from emergency operations. The City intends to award a contract to up to Two (2) contracts not to exceed $800,000.00 per year. Contracts will be One (1) year in length with Two (2) City renewal options.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement (akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com) by February 14, 2024 at 4:30 P.M. The City of Springfield goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation applies. Davis Bacon Wage rates apply. The Office of Procurement reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
