The City of Springfield is seeking qualified vendors to assist with the annual City Census. Work includes designing and printing forms, preparation and mailing of Census Packages, and working in close cooperation with the Elections Office. Questions should be submitted via email to nsantaniello@springfieldcityhall.com by 12/26/2023 at 4:30 PM.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
