The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Automotive Parts and Supplies. The estimated value of all contracts awarded is not to exceed $300,000.00 per year. Responses to Bid No. 24-054 must include all required documents, completed and signed. The initial term of the contract awarded is one (1) year in length, and the City will retain two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B Section 5.

The Chief Procurement Officer/ Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
