RENTAL OF SNOW PLOWING, AND HAULING OF SNOW AND ICE, TRUCKS AND EQUIPMENT FOR 2023 – 2024 WINTER SEASON.

Specifications and bid forms will be available beginning September 6, 2023 at the Department of Public Works Operations Center, 70 Tapley Street, Springfield, MA 01104, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM TO 3:00 PM.
AND at the Office of Procurement, 36 Court Street, Room 307, Springfield, MA 01103, Monday through
Friday 8:15AM to 4:30PM. or request by email address: nsantaniello@springfieldcityhall.com or ipuppolo@springfieldcityhall.com
AND on the City’s website on the Procurement Department page at www.springfieldcityhall.com.

Bids will be accepted BY APPOINTMENT ONLY until 11/17/23 to receive the incentive rate or by 12/29/23 for the standard rate.

If dropping bid off at DPW, please contact Isabel Puppolo: 413-750-2803, prior to arrival.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
