24-227 - International Truck Parts & Service

End date: Tuesday May 21, 2024 at 2 p.m.

The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Parts and Services for International Trucks. Bidder must be able to service DPW vehicles in addition to providing parts. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $300,000.00 per year. Responses to Bid No. 24-227 must include all required documents, completed, and signed. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5 and other procurement statutes.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
