at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Office of Procurement Bid Room. Bid documents will be available June 19, 2023, in person at the Office of Procurement or through the City of Springfields website (www.springfieldcityhall.com).

The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Heavy Duty Driveline Motor Parts and Services. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year. Responses to Bid No. 24-005 must include all required documents, completed, and signed. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals.
