24-001 - Personal Property Collection and Valuation Services for FY24
End date: Wednesday May 17, 2023 at 2 p.m.The City of Springfield is issuing this Request for Proposals to all interested firms for the provision of Fiscal Year 2024 personal property valuation services. The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, § 6.
The term of the contract is to be one year, with renewal options for a second and/or third year. The estimated contract value is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year.
All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than May 8, 2023 to akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com by 4:30 P.M. EST in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
