23-191 - Purchase of One (1) Fire Chassis for the Springfield Fire Department

The City of Springfield is seeking bids for the Purchase of One (1) 2022 Ram 5500 Chassis Crew Cab 4X4 or equal for the Springfield Fire Department. The unit shall be furnished and delivered new, complete and ready for use. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $80,000.00. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than May 22, 2023 by 4:30 P.M. to akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
