23-182 - IFB: Price Agreement for Ballistic Vests for the Springfield Police Department
End date: Thursday May 25, 2023 at 2 p.m.The City is seeking a Vendor to supply Ballistic Vests to the Springfield Police Department and Springfield Police Academy. The City intends to award One (1) contract. The estimated value of the contract shall not exceed $100,000.00 per year. The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional years.
All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than May 15, 2023 to akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com by 4:30 P.M. EST in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
