The City of Springfield, through the School Department is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of (8) Amatrol Motor Control 990-MC1 Portable Electric Motor Control Learning System Trainers, with a minimum of 2 day on site training to be used at the Roger L Putnam Vocational Technical Academy.

Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning April 18, 2023 at the Office of Procurement or by requesting a copy on the Citys website on the Procurement Departments page at www.springfieldcityhall.com. This Invitation for Bids is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.

The estimated cost is $120,000.00.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than April 25, 2023 at 4:30P.M.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
