Bids for a Prime Contractor for Duggan Academy Athletic Complex Redevelopment Phase 1 for the Department of Capital Asset Construction - Bid No. 23-136


Bids for Prime/General Contractor will be accepted at www.biddocsonline.com until 2:00 PM: March 31, 2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bid Forms and all documents will be available for pick-up at www.biddocsonline.com on March 15,, 2023, (may be viewed electronically and hard copy requested) at Nashoba Blue, Inc. at 433 Main Street, Hudson, MA 01749 (978-568-1167).

Bidders requesting Bid Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), payable to Bid Docs Online, Inc. to cover mail handling costs.

The Ted Plumb at Duggan Academy Athletic Complex Redevelopment project will include the construction of a synthetic turf field with 400m track, athletic lighting, basketball courts and associated site lighting and walkways. This IFB is subject to M.G.L. Ch. 30 39M and other state procurement statutes. MA Prevailing Wages and Federal Davis-Bacon Wages will apply to this project. This project has an estimated cost of four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000).
