at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Office of Procurement Bid Room. Bid documents will be available March 6, 2023 in person at the Office of Procurement or through the City’s website (www.springfieldcityhall.com).
The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Chevrolet Authorized Motor Vehicle Parts and Services. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $50,000.00 per year. Responses to Bid No. 23-131 must include all required documents, completed, and signed. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
