23-062 - Prime Contractor for Ground Improvements at Duggan Park for the Department of Capital Asset Construc

Bid Forms and all documents will be available for pick-up at www.biddocsonline.com on November 9, 2022, (may be viewed electronically and hard copy requested) at Nashoba Blue, Inc. at 433 Main Street, Hudson, MA 01749 (978-568-1167).

Bidders requesting Bid Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), payable to Bid Docs Online, Inc. to cover mail handling costs.

Ground Improvements at Duggan Park will include performing rapid impact compaction within the defined area of the project plans and in the installation of rammed aggregate piers where specified. All work performed in this early site work package is in preparation for a future- separate athletic fields construction project on the site. This IFB is subject to M.G.L. Ch. 30 39M and other state procurement statutes. MA Prevailing Wages and Federal Davis-Bacon Wages will apply to this project. This project has an estimated cost of one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000).
