at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid forms will be available on the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com on August 17, 2022, under the “Available Solicitations” tab.

The Springfield Library Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Courier Delivery Services. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $49,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5 and other procurement statutes.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding the bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than August 22, 2022 by 4:00 P.M. to Hope Button at hbutton@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
