at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and recorded in the OOP Bid Room. Bid documents will be available August 1, 2022 at the Office of Procurement.

The City of Springfield is issuing this Invitation for Bids to all interested contractors for the provision of labor and materials necessary to complete the renovations required for the installation of a Walk In Cooler/Freezer at Springfield Central High School, 184 Roosevelt Ave., Springfield, MA. The City hereby requests competitive sealed bids in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 § 39M.

All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than August 8, 2022 to hbutton@springfieldcityhall.com by 4:30 P.M. EST in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Deputy Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
