at which time the bids will be privately opened and read in the Office of Procurement. Bid forms will be available on the Citys website, www.springfieldcityhall.com on June 20, 2022, under the Available Solicitations tab.

The City of Springfield, Office of Management and Budget, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to assist in the Assessment of Early Education and Childcare Needs throughout the City of Springfield.

The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B.The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than June 27, 2022 by 4:30 P.M. to Katie Vegh at kvegh@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
