at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid forms are available on the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com on May 23, 2022, under the Available Solicitations tab.

The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for the Purchase of Nine (9) Five Passenger Sedans for Various City Departments. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $165,267.00. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than May 31, 2022 by 4:30 P.M. to Katie Vegh at kvegh@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals.
