22-110 - Invitation for Bid: Institutional Cleaning Services Springfield Library Department

The City of Springfield Library Department is seeking bids for institutional cleaning services for the Central Library and its eight branch libraries. The cleaning services shall consist of all labor and equipment as well as those materials/supplies specified in Section 7.0. The City will award a single contract for all libraries.

(NOTE: See Scope of Services for Saturday/Sunday cleaning requirements. In some cases, the contractor will not be required to clean the entire building (basements Indian Orchard & Mason Square). 1.1 The contract for Library Department cleaning services shall be for a one (1) year term commencing on April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. The City shall retain sole discretion in the exercise of each option to renew, following proper notice to the Contractor.
