at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Office of Procurement.

The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement to provide audiometric room equipment purchase and installation. This bid falls under Massachusetts General Laws M.G.L. Ch. 30B and other procurement statutes.

Work includes, but is not limited to: provide an audiometric sound booth and associated materials for the Early Childhood Center located at 15 Catharine St. Springfield, MA 01105. Estimated value of the contract is approximately $65,000.00. Bid documents can be requested through the City’s website; www.springfield-ma.gov (during normal business hours) beginning on November 1, 2021.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

There is a MANDATORY SITE VISIT on 11/9/21 at 9:00A.M. on-site. All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before November 9, 2021 by 4:30 P.M. (lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered.
