at which time they will be publicly opened and read via teleconference (Call in Number: (413) 784-4951, ID# 312372#) in the Office of Procurement.
Bid documents will be available May 24, 2021 in person at the Office of Procurement or through the City’s website (www.springfieldcityhall.com).

The Springfield Fire Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Parts and Services for Scott Safety Air-Pak. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $200,000.00 per year. The bidder shall have a distributor organization with suitable service and repair parts facility which can respond to Springfield Fire Department located at 1535 Roosevelt Avenue, Springfield MA 01104. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than June 2, 2021 by 4:30 P.M. to Sheneil Duncan at sduncan@springfieldcityhall.com. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
