The City of Springfield is seeking qualified Consultants to provide consulting services to analyze current transportation routings to identify possible efficiencies. The Scope of services will include, but not be limited to; analysis of current routing to optimize bus routes to meet the health and safety guidelines due to the Covid-19 pandemic in addition to the regular school year, provide routing plans which will bring down the overall costs, and trainings.
The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City’ sole discretion.
All questions regarding this RFP or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement in writing by December 28, 2020 at 4:30 P.M. Questions may be emailed (ttheocles@springfieldcityhall.com).
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation in all contracts, and state law prohibits discrimination. All Proposals becomes the property of the City of Springfield. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
