The City of Springfield acting through its School Department Title I Program is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide educational and counseling services according to the requirements of the federally-funded Title I Program to eligible students enrolled in non-public schools.

The total amount of this RFP is for $118,000.00 for year one. The estimated total of students is 201.
The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B § 6. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and woman participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than August 5, 2020. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
