at which time the bids will be privately opened and recorded in the OOP Bid Room. Bid documents will be available July 15, 2020 at the Office of Procurement.

The City of Springfield is issuing this Request for Proposals to Food Service Management companies who have an interest to prepare and package Senior Lunch Meals. The City is interested in receiving proposals from companies that established the ability to successfully operate a program the approximate size, scope of senior center by identifying programs of similar (50 plus meals per day) size. The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, § 6.

All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 7/22/20 to ttheocles@springfieldcityhall.com by close of business. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The CPO/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
