at which time the bids will be opened and logged at the Office of Procurement.

IFB specifications can be requested through the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com, for no charge beginning on 5/13/20.

The City of Springfield, Massachusetts through its Springfield Police Department, is seeking bids to purchase 664 of M&P 9mm M2.0 pistols, 4.25" Barrel, Night Sights Material Number:
11518, or an approved equivalent product.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than May 21, 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered (ttheocles@springfieldcityhall.com). Answers to questions will be made through numbered addenda issued by the City.

The Chief Procurement Officer/Deputy reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
