Specifications and bid forms will be available beginning September 2, 2019 at the Department of Public Works Emergency Operations Center, 70 Tapley Street, Springfield, MA 01104, Monday thru Friday from 8:30AM until 2:30PM and Thursdays until 7:00 p.m. and at the Office of Procurement, 36 Court Street, Room 307, Springfield, MA 01103, Monday thru Friday 8:15AM to 4:30PM. or request by email address ehand@springfieldcityhall.com., and City’s website on the Procurement Department page at www.springfieldcityhall.com

Bidder must comply with City Equal Opportunity Requirements. Return all required forms completed, signed and notarized where required.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
