20-020 - On-Call Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Repair

The City is seeking qualified on-call Contractors for commercial kitchen refrigeration repairs for refrigeration equipment and appliances. Contractor is to provide all materials, supplies, parts, etc. on an on-call basis as determined by the DPBRM - Facilities Division.
Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning July 24, 2019 at the Office of Procurement from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., or through the City’s website; www.springfieldcityhall.com. Please refer to the bid number and opening date when requesting.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
