at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Office of Procurement Bid Room. Bid specifications and requirements may be obtained at the Office of Procurement or in person or through the City’s website during normal business hours for no charge.

The City of Springfield’s Department of Parks, Buildings & Recreation Management is seeking graphic design services on a part-time basis to complete specific projects (estimated 15 projects of various sizes and types) throughout the year. The typical turn-around time for a project is two weeks, excluding printing from concept to completion.

The City will award up to Three (3) contracts. The estimated value of the contracts is not to exceed $020,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract is One (1) year, with Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

All questions must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than 3/14/19. 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered (ttheocles@springfieldcityhall.com).
