Bid documents will be available February 25, 2019 in person at the Office of Procurement or through the City’s website (www.springfieldcityhall.com).
The Springfield Library Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Institutional Cleaning Services for the Central library and its branch libraries. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $120,000.00 per year. Responses to Bid No. 19-107 must include all required documents, completed, and signed. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than March 7, 2019 by 4:30 P.M. to Erin Hand at ehand@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
