at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Office of Procurement Bid Room.
Bid documents will be available December 26, 2018 in person at the Office of Procurement or through the City’s website (www.springfieldcityhall.com).

The Springfield Department of Treasurer/Collector is seeking to obtain a price agreement from a qualified and experienced vendor to provide armored car delivery services and ensure pickup of currency at multiple City locations. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $120,000.00 per year. Responses to Bid No. 19-086 must include all required documents, completed, and signed. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than January 3, 2018 by 4:30 P.M. to Erin Hand at ehand@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
