Bid documents will be available May 14, 2018 in person at the Office of Procurement or through the Citys website (www.springfieldcityhall.com).

The Springfield Police Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Automotive Transmission Repairs. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $25,000.00 per year.

The City is seeking Vendors who have at least 4 full time transmission repair specialists and a secure area for cruiser storage. Vendors must have the ability and expertise with Ford transmissions from 1997 to current date as well as all other auto makes from 1986 to current year.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than May 22, 2018 by 4:30 P.M. to Raemarie Walker at rwalker@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
