18-148 - Price Agreement: Fire Automotive Parts

at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning April 23, 2018, at the Office of Procurement from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., or through the Citys website; www.springfieldcityhall.com. Please refer to the bid number and opening date when requesting. The services included in this bid will fall under M.G.L. Ch. 30B and other applicable procurement statutes.

The City is seeking a Vendor to supply a significant amount of Fire Automotive Parts on an as needed basis.

The City intends to award One (1) contract to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The estimated value of the contract shall not exceed $80,000.00 per year. The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the Citys sole discretion.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement by May 1, 2018 at 4:30 P.M. The City of Springfield goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation applies. The Office of Procurement reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
