18-119 - Accident Recovery Services

The City of Springfield issues this bid to parties who have an interest in becoming the Citys firm specializing in comprehensive accident recovery on behalf of the City for all aspects of accident recovery claims. The City requests competitive bids in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 B sec. 5.

All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Chief Procurement Officer by April 3, 2018 at 4:00PM. Written answers will be sent by the CPO to each person on record as having received the IFB and all documents incorporated by reference therein by April 5, 2018. No questions will be answered unless received by April 3, 2018 by 4 P.M.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
