18-089 - PA: Repair and Maintenance of Musical Instruments
End date: Wednesday January 17, 2018 at 2 p.m.The purpose of the above bid is to obtain instrument repair and maintenance services for various Springfield Public Schools.
Instruments will be picked up from various school sites, repaired and returned to their school sites on a weekly basis, or as arranged through the Director of Visual & Performing Arts.
Price agreement period will be from February 1, 2018 – January 31, 2019 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Estimated cost is $ 75,000.00 per year.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement at least seven business days prior to bid opening.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
