15-189 - Furnish and Install Carpeting and Hang Wallpaper at Barney Carriage House

Services are to include Furnish and Installation of carpeting in the main room and hanging of wallpaper various rooms at Barney's Carriage house in Springfield's Forest Park.

Bidder must have experience in hanging of historic, hand screen printed, untrimmed, unpasted papers in historic Springfield building.

A mandatory walk thru will be held on March 11, 2015 at 2PM at the site in Forest Park, 200 Trafton Road, Springfield MA 01108

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
