At which time the bids will be opened and read. Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning December 3, 2014 at 9:00 AM at the Office of Procurement or by emailing a request on the City website at www.springfiedcityhall.com on the Procurement Office Page by hitting the Available Solicitations Tab.

There are two properties the City is seeking to redevelop, they are both referred to as ES Pinevale Street, and the respective parcel ID numbers are: 09755-0070, and 09755-0086, correspondingly. The total area of both parcels is 17.675 Acres and is currently zoned as Industrial. The total Assessed value of both parcels is $728,200.00.

There will be a Site Visit on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Site Visit will end when visitors have completed their inspection. Visitors are expected to arrive promptly at the given time as the property will not remain open if no visitors have arrived at the specified time.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any or all redevelopment proposals. While all information furnished herein was gathered from sources deemed to be reliable, no representation or warranty is made as to the accuracy or completeness. The property is being sold "as is" and the City makes no representations regarding the structural or environmental conditions. The selected developer accepts the properties "as is" with no exceptions.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
