The City of Springfield is seeking competitive bids for Chevrolet Authorized Motor Vehicle Parts and Services.
The price agreement is for one year with the option to renew for two additional one year terms upon appropriation of funds. The estimated cost per year is $ 50,000.00.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
This Invitation for Bids is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than January 28, 2014 by 4:00 P.M.
