The City of Springfield Department of Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management is soliciting bids for a Vendor to provide Comprehensive Maintenance Services for Boilers and Chillers (the "services"), which are located in buildings in various locations throughout the City.

Bidders must be ISO-9002 certified, must have been in business at least ten (10) years, and the service technicians must possess a current Applicator's License.Bidder must have experience in servicing an entity or municipality comparable to the City of Springfield in size and scope.


Bids will be opened and recorded at 2:00 p.m. EST. on July 8, 2014.

The public opening will take place in the Office of Procurement Bid Room at the following Address:

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
