Each unit will be the manufacturer's latest model. City looking to finance options over the next few years.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
