This bid is subject to M.G.L. c. 30B.

Bids will be available starting Wednesday, March 19, 2014.


Items to include:
5- Gang 4 Wheel Drive Fairway Mowers, Triplex Tee Mower,
Triplex Greens Mower, 4 Wheel Drive Heavy Duty Utility Vehicles, Pull Behind Debris Blower, Turf Sweeper, Greens Roller, 68" Contour Following Rotary, 109" Contour Following Rotary, Greens Aerator, and Mid-Duty Utility Vehicles

A 5% Certified Check, Letter of Credit or Bond, payable to the City of Springfield, must accompany each bid. Surety bonds will only be accepted from Surety Companies licensed by the Division of Insurance to Transact Business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Performance bond will be requested for the Automated Refuse Trucks.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
