The City of Springfield, Massachusetts requests Proposals for Armored Car Services for the City. Bidders are requested to provide firm prices for the pickup services as described in Attachment A.

The City is requesting armor car service at the following locations:

• City of Springfield Collector's Department, 36
Court Street, City Hall - Room 112 Springfield, MA
• School Department Central Office - 1550 Main Street Springfield, MA
• Putnam Vocational High School - 1300 State Street Springfield.

Bidders may submit written questions via e-mail to on or before 5:00 pm EST, on December 24, 2013. The email subject line must read: "Armored Car Services Bid #14-144"and emailed to lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com and slonergan@springfieldcityhall.com. The City will compile all questions and email responses to all known bidders by 5:00 pm EST, on 12/27/2013.
