Court Street, City Hall - Room 112 Springfield, MA
• School Department Central Office - 1550 Main Street Springfield, MA
• Putnam Vocational High School - 1300 State Street Springfield.
Bidders may submit written questions via e-mail to on or before 5:00 pm EST, on December 24, 2013.
